03 Account Security

Any activity that occurs on your biggwin.live account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. 04 Deposits & Payments

Deposits are credited to your biggwin.live balance in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited.

• Maximum deposit amount: as stated on the deposit page, subject to change based on account verification status.

Game outcomes are determined by the RNG before player interaction and cannot be altered mid-round by biggwin.live or any third party.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game on biggwin.live represents the theoretical long-term average payout. It does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or round. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP.
